I have been here for a year and I love it. The apartments are very spacious, have great appliances and are reasonably priced. Residents here are generally very friendly and respectful. The property is kept very clean and has great amenities including a full gym and large pool. In addition, the management team is on point and incredibly helpful. Also, given the property's proximity to downtown, you really cannot beat the location. The Manor is great!

I absolutely love this place! We have lived here for 15 months and live in a two bedroom two bath facing the ocean :) The building is clean, the management has been very consistent and accommodating as well.

This place is well run, well maintained and in a great location. In 2015 the management company changed and Kim the manager is a real professional in addition to being friendly, genuine and accommodating! Her assistant, Meagan is also terrific. I absolutely recommend this complex for someone looking for a great location, beautiful new apartments, great amenities and a management staff that is highly professional and easy to work with.

Well we are approaching our first full year at the Manor and it's time to renew our lease. I've been a Real Estate broker in NYC for the past 22 years and now am branching out to South Florida . Although ideally I would like to buy now The Manor lifestyle is making it difficult to leave . I have to say beginning with the Management staff to to the entire work force they are all on point. The amenities,pool grounds and housekeeping truly stand out in ones mind when choosing a location.

The apartments are appointed with granite, like limestone floors, nice cabinets and lighting. The rooms are light and warm. The property is in a neighborhood area with retail. The propert has garage parking and is secure by key access. Very nice staff too.
